Get ready for the raw energy of Mulga Bore Hard Rock. These legends are fresh in town off the tail end of their 'Rocking the Red Earth' tour. A six piece band of brothers and cousins, hailing from the remote central Australia desert community of Akaye, two hours northeast of Alice Springs in the NT, will be kicking off our new Brunswick Street Mall Stage in style.
This group of teenagers, ages 14-19 years old, bring from the hot, dry desert their own style of hard rock, but not just any kind of hard rock: GLAM hard rock, inspired by 70s, 80s and 90s greats like KISS, ACDC and Metallica. They sing in English and the Anmatyerre language of their mob.
