Applications to BIGSOUND have two price points:

QMusic member
AUD $20
(non-refundable)

If you're a paid QMusic member, your BIGSOUND application costs AUD $20. QMusic membership is a separate cost but entitles you to a range of other benefits, including but not limited to this discounted BIGSOUND application. You can become a QMusic member before you start your application.

AUD $30
(non-refundable)

If you don't have a paid QMusic membership, your application will cost AUD $30.

You DO NOT have to become a QMusic member to apply to play BIGSOUND. If you do not become a QMusic member the non-member rate above applies for your application.

If you are already a current QMusic member, you will be prompted to log in at the end of your application.

Acts must be available to be in Brisbane 2 - 5 September 2025

Each selected showcase act receives one Delegate Pass, giving access to the full conference, industry events and official showcases. Allocated performing members and crew receive a three-night Showcase Pass granting them access to all festival venues for official showcases.
