Esti joined Sounds Australia in 2010 and has worked to develop and deliver Sounds Australia’s program around the world at events such as SXSW, The Great Escape and Reeperbahn Festival. Her work with inbound buyers across BIGSOUND to date has seen thousands of invaluable connections made between international industry and local artists and managers.
In November 2023 Esti was promoted to Executive Producer for Sounds Australia, following Millie Millgate’s appointment as the inaugural Director of Music Australia.
