Emily Copeland is an audio executive and youth demographic specialist, who has led media organisations in reimagining traditional business, content, and commercial models.
Currently Head of Music for the ABC, Emily leads and manages the music strategy across triple j, Double J, triple j Unearthed, ABC Country, ABC Classic and ABC Jazz.
Previously, as Director of Audience Innovation and Music Partnerships at ARN, she was responsible for uncovering and championing strategic projects that drove audience and brand innovation and growth. She also managed partnerships with the Australian music industry. Emily joined ARN in 2021 as General Manager of CADA, to launch a new multi-platform national youth media brand that created content for a diverse youth audience across a multi-platform media ecosystem.
