BIGSOUND finds tomorrow's artists. The Education Stream asks: where does that journey begin? Most people in the industry - be it artist, manager or executive - can trace their start back to a school-aged moment that ignited their love of music.
For a full day on Wednesday 2nd September, Amplify Music Education will present the Education Stream, part of BIGSOUND's Ideas and Innovation Hub, giving educators a seat at the table for the very first time.
This stream looks at how well-delivered music education develops soft skills, shapes cultural appreciation, and builds a pipeline of talent, and the crowds that support them, that this industry needs next.

The technology stream at BIGSOUND is a chance to hear from people deep inside the industry who are building and investing in technology, alongside those who spent careers in music and entertainment and are now building the tools the industry actually needs. Founders, artists, managers, venues and labels, in the same conversations rather than adjacent ones.
Less prediction, more practice. A grounded look at where the two industries meet, and what the future looks like when both have a hand in creating it.
