How long is the online presale available?
The BIGSOUND 2026 online presale closes at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 31 August 2026. Orders placed after this time will no longer be available for presale.
Can I collect my order at BIGSOUND?
Yes! Simply select the pick up option at checkout and pick up your order from the official BIGSOUND Merch Booth during the festival. Pick up is available from:
31 August, between 4-9 pm.
1–3 September, between 12-9 pm.
