Look for the Concert Care Crew in their bright blue vests. They can support you at venues, the Delegate Hub and conference sessions.

Speak to a BIGSOUND team member or volunteer if you need help finding support or aren't sure who to talk to.

Venue security and staff can help with immediate concerns. If you need medical assistance, speak to the Medics.

You can call or text the Event Control Centre (ECC) if you need support or aren't sure where to go.

Visit the Concert Care Hub for support, a place to take a breather, and access to Concert Care resources.
