Noelani is an artist manager, consultant & advocate in innovation, gender, race intersectionality & education on Black American Music Culture within The Australian Music Industry.

Noelani is the founder of Co-sign Mgmt, a boutique artist management business fostering a small roster of emerging artists. Bringing years of experience through her contributions with One of One, Black Music Alliance Australia (BMAA), Green Music Australia, SXSWSydney25, The Boite and Africa Day Australia.

Noelani’s mission and values are rooted in her passion to elevate, uncover and platform the vibrant authentic reflection of the Australian music scene for global recognition.

In 2025 Noelani was invited to join the BIGSOUND Artist Programming Advisory group and she is ecstatic to continue in her advisory position for BIGSOUND 2026.
