Steph Salas

Carpark Records is a globally recognized, genre-defying independent label. Steph Salas is Label Manager for Carpark Records and Carpark Publishing, overseeing A&R, distribution, marketing strategy, and global campaigns across the roster. Over her 14 years with the label, she has worked on releases from Ducks Ltd., Tanukichan, Dean Wareham, Good Flying Birds, Cootie Catcher, and Phoebe Rings, as well as alumni including The Beths, Toro y Moi, Palm, @, Speedy Ortiz, and Cloud Nothings. With more than two decades in the music industry, she began in college radio and radio promotion before serving as Co-Label Manager at FatCat Records’ North American office.
