Jess Dale is an artist manager and music journalist.
Joining the Tiny Triumphs Management team in 2021, Jess works with manager Tom Larkin on a roster of artists including The VANNS, Eliza & The Delusionals, and more.
Jess has been a part of the BIGSOUND Conference team since 2022, and previously was Content Manager for both The Music and One Of One, as well as the editor of The Power 50, an annual list published by The Music that names the 50 most influential people in the Australian music industry.
Career highlights include the independent release campaign for The VANNS second album, 'Last Of Your Kind’, being named as one of The Music Network’s 30 Under 30 award winners, and the time she got to be on a Zoom call with Bruce Springsteen (she still faints at the thought).
