Tanner's music journey began as a Tour Manager in Japan during the early '90s. Upon his return to Australia, he founded Milefire Management in 1999, specializing in artist management during which time he crisscrossed Asia, North America, and Europe. In 2002, he expanded his endeavors establishing Casadeldisco Records, releasing seminal punk rock and hardcore records throughout the following decade.
In 2010, Tanner joined Native Tongue Music Publishing as Creative Director and A&R Manager. Presently, Tanner holds the role of Vice President of A&R for Concord Music Publishing ANZ, where his focus remains on supporting, developing, and nurturing emerging musical talent.
