Carla Fowler

Carla was one of the first team members at TikTok, spending four years managing creator and celebrity partnerships, launching TikTok’s platform SoundOn, then moving to the US music team leading global trend campaigns. In 2025, she founded Create Mate as a consultancy before launching the campaign platform that took the company to the next level. Since the platform launch in March this year, she's grown to a team of 9 (including 4 TikTok alumni) and a network of 170,000+ creators, working with the likes of Rihanna, Gracie Abrams, Snoop Dogg, Shaboozey, GloRilla, Chaka Khan, Timbaland, Shawn Mendes and Malcolm Todd.
