Chloe Melick is a music industry executive, creative strategist and talent manager with 20+ years’ experience across the UK, US and Australia. As co-founder and Managing Director of award-winning London agency Inside Out, she worked with brands, events and artists including Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, Robyn, Lorde, Olivia Dean and Beabadoobee.
Now based in Australia, Chloe runs as ONE, a talent management and strategic consultancy working across music, entertainment and culture, and manages Ayesha Madon, Body Type and Gabriella Cilmi. Her work combines global industry experience with a commitment to artist development, representation and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices.
