Martine Gill

With 30 years in education, Martine Gill is Principal of Clover Hill State School, where high expectations sit comfortably alongside creativity, performance and plenty of personality. A member of the Queensland Association of State School Principals Board, Martine is a passionate advocate for great curriculum, great teaching and opportunities that help young people shine. At Clover Hill, the Arts extend beyond weekly lessons through dedicated excellence programs, clubs and performances. Martine believes talent is everywhere, while opportunity is not. Her focus is building structures that help every student find their stage, develop their craft and see what might come next.
