With 15 years’ experience in HR and a background as a sound engineer, Kat brings a deep understanding of the music industry and a practical, commercially minded approach to people and culture. Her work spans culture, leadership development, organisational design, compliance and wellbeing, with a particular focus on partnering with leaders to create healthy, high performing workplaces where people and businesses can thrive.
Kat is also a Board Member of Music Victoria, where she contributes to the broader development of Victoria’s music industry. She is passionate about supporting the people behind independent music and creating workplaces that enable talent to grow at every stage of a career.
