Romy spent his early career at the iconic Hospital Records - one of drum & bass' defining independent labels - where he helped grow grassroots scenes through countless events in cities around the world.
As Global Head of Artist & Label Strategy at Believe / b:electronic he now works on the other side of that equation: resourcing and scaling underground music, labels and artists. During this time he has been instrumental in developing b:electronic, Believe's dedicated electronic music division, built to connect grassroots scene-starters with the global infrastructure.
